2017 October - Blessing of St. Athanasius Chapel Hall
YEAR 2016, PHASE I
Week of February 22, 2016, Phase I, the building of St. Athanasius Chapel Hall, began with the ordering of materials and beginning of pad work. This phase will run concurrent with Phase II and both phases will be completed in 2016. Volunteers will assist in the construction of altars and other interior aspects of the building.
YEAR 2015 - 2016, PHASE II
December 7, 2015, Phase II began and will be completed in 2016. In this construction phase, a half-mile entrance from Breen Rd. into the property will be built and infrastructure for the entire parish complex will be installed. Volunteers continue to work at the site on Saturdays on various projects.
YEAR 2015, CARETAKER HOUSE
Winter through Early Fall 2015 - Building of the Caretaker House, a temporary residence for the priests. Volunteers are responsible for much of the work, minimizing the use of outside contractors to save costs.

YEAR 2011 TO 2016, PREPARING THE LAND
Fall 2011 and ongoing - Site clearing and maintenance performed by the parish. Clearing of the land, dredging of the pond, trenching for proper drainage, landscaping near the pond, and many other projects have improved the property and generated cost savings.
